Compliance Cover

NNo matter how well resourced a Compliance Department is in terms of experienced practitioners, there are times when people move on to other opportunities or where sickness or maternity cover cause temporary gaps. Perhaps management might wish to create or expand a business area to take advantage of a quick opening in the market. The business keeps going and needs experienced Compliance practitioners to support it.

Peter has provided part time, temporary cover in leadership roles in three high profile institutions either pending recruitment of a permanent replacement or to cover a specific project. He can provide experienced Compliance cover for short term assignments and provide advice on how to recruit replacements. Please note that PHCC is not a recruitment consultancy, but Peter has good relationships with some of the UK's best compliance recruitment firms. Please also note that Peter's other commitments means that he is highly unlikely to commit to a role, no matter how temporary, which involves five days per week. Each of the temporary assignments which Peter has hitherto fulfilled has been on a part-time basis.
